The VMV workshop for couples and families was designed to provide a strategic framework for defining relationship purpose, goals, and deeply shared beliefs between loved ones. In the same way that organisations use vision, mission, and values to inspire, create alignment, and shape decision making, these principles have been adapted for adult education and use in family life. The outcome of this workshop will be a road map for aligning your family to what matters most.

Understanding yourself and your partner through The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) instrument. Based on Carl Jung’s theory of psychological types, MBTI helps couples and families to understand each others preferences, which have a significant influence on your relationship purpose, communication, decision-making and conflict management styles that will assist you in valuing differences and encouraging you to collaborate with others.

Through our consulting service we work with you to identify your personal and professional development and relationship needs from which we design a custom and bespoke adult education program that will allow you to achieve specific and measurable goals as individuals, couples and as a family. Following on from the design and development we offer full facilitation and follow up measures to ensure goals are achieved.
